Dr Chang is a very good Dr. Do not think is reception is all that good. There paperwork is so small can't read it and it will not magnify, all I get yes we know,. Now I have no real idea what we signed completely but had no options. Not happy there. Dr change himself is very nice and seems to be very good DR.
He is the best and he is a doctor who takes his time to explain things to you in a very human way.
