I had a one hour traditional Thai massage this weekend after a 30-mile bike ride. Since I did not stretch prior to the massage I experienced greater than usual discomfort during the massage which kept me sore 24-hours later. My other disappointment was due to thin cushions laying upon a metal frame table. Several times either my chin or back of my neck banged against that metal frame during the massage. Hence management should know better to buy thin, cheap cushions for massage tables.
Phenomenal experience! The massages are awesome whether deep tissue or stretching’and the therapist are so caring of your needs
Massage therapists are good but inconsistent.
I hold a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders, and never seem to have relief after massage. Until coming here with Lisa. She seems to be the only one that has ever been able to make me feel relief. She provides the right amount of pressure which I need a lot, I'm sure she can attest to that..Thank you Chaing Mai
