This is my wife's doctor. It's impossible to get the dr. to simply send the prescriptions to the pharmacy. You will be without your meds every other month. Calling two or three times a week, nothing.
I received great care and attention from Chiamaka and she seems to be a wonderful person.
I started seeing Nurse Smith this spring. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed them/requested labs, etc. immediately. She is also really responsive with test results on MyChart, which is a plus! I have had a great experience with her, as well as the lab in her office. All of those ladies are incredible capable and kind.
Recently moved to Louisville and established care with Dr. Smith. I received a physical and the entire office experienced was pleasant. Upon checking in everything was smooth and on time. I did not wait long at all. Dr. Smith was very helpful and answered a lot of questions. I did not have my medical records to her and she took many notes and ran many labs and was super professional. I am glad I choose Dr. Smith and looking forward to continuing care at Norton. The entire team was amazing and professional, highly recommend.
