I’m very upset that my new born baby and I had to wait for 45 minutes waiting for you to come to the room. And the girls at the front desk are so unprofessional . I called to talk about my baby’s face I never received call back and didn’t even look or ask for video call to look, I called and the receptionist and she gave me the msg saying that is normal. the lack of interest that made me disappointed. Im the type of mother that cares about my Son a lot.
Dr. Ebere is the best pediatrician my son has ever had. She is attentive, warm and caring. Dr. Ebere is very detail oriented and took every concern I had seriously. I always felt very relieved leaving her office because she took such great care of him. Now that she's moved, we have had the opportunity to experience what other pediatricians are like and occasionally, my husband will insist that we drive to NJ which would be an 1 hour and 30 minutes drive just to have her care for our sons. She's a true gem!
Dr. Ebere is one of the most caring doctors out there. She is knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality as well.
