these people consider you just another case, their not courteous, and their not informative, they don't mind that your at home with no pay for going on 4 months at least it shows that they don't care, you can forget about them reassuring you. i feel like i been sitting at home for no reason. i even wrote them a letter about my concerns and i got no comment back
