I had my first class this morning. Studio is very clean and well taken care of. I really enjoyed the workout, fantastic for your core, joints, and I felt very loose after. Saundrine was an excellent coach. She was fantastic on the microphone and she said directions that were very easy to understand. I definitely did not feel like the awkward first timer. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love everything about this studio! The workouts are incredibly effective, and I’ve never felt stronger. The attention to form, the challenging yet rewarding classes, and the supportive atmosphere make it a standout experience. Huge shoutout to alll of the phenomenal instructors—they are truly the best! Every single one. Their great energy, expertise, and positive motivation push me to new levels every session. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a transformative workout! PS - new machines rock!
