I had my first class this morning. Studio is very clean and well taken care of. I really enjoyed the workout, fantastic for your core, joints, and I felt very loose after. Saundrine was an excellent coach. She was fantastic on the microphone, directions were very easy to understand. I definitely did not feel like the awkward first time. Highly recommend.

The attention to form, the challenging yet rewarding classes, and the supportive atmosphere make it a standout experience. Huge shoutout to Kimberly, Caitlin, Sadie, Tyler and Claire—they are truly the best! Their great energy, expertise, and positive motivation push me to new levels every session.
