I took a combo class with Kim and Danielle. WWOOWW! They are the dream team! Kim on the megaformer and Danielle on the versa climber! Both instructors are fun and full of life. They both have great music playlists and the routines they set for the combo class are great! Thank you both for the great class!
Addicted to this studio and these workouts!! They made me feel so welcome as a newcomer and explained everything I needed to know before the class. The teaching is super positive, encouraging, and down to earth- everyone is welcome and supported in the classes. Friendly vibes and an incredible workout- what more could you want??
I had my first class this morning. Studio is very clean and well taken care of. I really enjoyed the workout, fantastic for your core, joints, and I felt very loose after. Saundrine was an excellent coach. She was fantastic on the microphone and she said directions that were very easy to understand. I definitely did not feel like the awkward first timer. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love everything about this studio! The workouts are incredibly effective, and I’ve never felt stronger. The attention to form, the challenging yet rewarding classes, and the supportive atmosphere make it a standout experience. Huge shoutout to alll of the phenomenal instructors—they are truly the best! Every single one. Their great energy, expertise, and positive motivation push me to new levels every session. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a transformative workout!
