Something has to be really good or really bad for me to post a review. I moved and visited Dr. Tran as a new patient. She interrupted me asking a question about skincare to talk about sunscreen. She over talked me and continued on about sunscreen (btw, I do not look like a raisin). The 7 minutes I spent with her she was rushed and rude. She told me Kelsey dermatologists do not offer recommendations on skin care other than to recommend sunscreen. Shm, I will drive the hour to go back to my previous dermatologist.
Dr. Tran was very personable and professional. She seemed caring, concerned to find out what has been going, as I’ve tried to find a solution for the itchy rash that had gotten out of control. And she knew what solutions to try and to help the situation improve. I am grateful for her care. Also, having arrived a few minutes early, I was able to see Dr. Tran and finish the visit just a few minutes after my scheduled appointment would have begun. Great service!
