Almost killed me and my baby. We saved ourselves finding other care.
Wife waited 4 months to see the Dr and her nurse “no showed” my wife for only being 20 minutes early not 30. Zero empathy at the desk and zero effort to help my wife get in or reschedule. If medical service matches customer service then I’m glad my wife will be seeing a different doctor at a different clinic.
My name is tailored for privacy. My experience with her was not great. Encouraged me to be induced, when I wanted to go natural. Then declared me as a"failed induction," just to have a c-section to not interfere with her weekend. If you care about transparency at all, choose a different doctor. Also, while I was screaming in pain, her and her colleagues were laughing in my face. The wait times at the hospital? Sometimes literally hours. Go somewhere that values you - not here, where you're just a number.
I can't say enough about Dr. Gibbs. I recommend her highly.
