This must have been an off day for them. I did tell the blonde what I needed. She was brusque and rude. Her face spoke volumes. I was told, I didn’t tell her what I needed. I know that I did. I looked away to remain calm. One of the women made a comment. Normally, I would not have expected this . The atmosphere in there was different than usual.
