I love Dr Wilkerson when I get to see her, but I was called today, only 1 hour before my appointment time to reschedule me THREE MONTHS from now. Didn't offer me any time sooner, didn't seem interested in working me in sooner, and didn't seem apologetic about it at all. Overall I wouldn't recommend this practice because there have been other issues with getting referrals sent out, and combined with this, I wish I never started going here.
Your a family patrician but can’t see kids which makes no sense one in Jacksonville same type place takes kids than it’s not family patrician if cannot see everyone
Im very upset at the moment i scheduled a appointment a month and half ago yall sent several messages confirming my appointment and i responded everytime now 24 hours before my appointment you want to call me and cancel my appointment and then tell me you dont have another appointment till June that’s another 2 months im on heart medication that now i want be able to get without a doctor this is very unprofessional thanks for me waiting for a month and half. for nothing
Very disappointing. Every time I have seen Dr. Nallur, she did not take my complaints seriously or have any ounce of concern for my symptoms. And despite her being my PCP, the ladies who answer the phone sound annoyed/confused that I am calling to make an appointment. I do not recommend them whatsoever.
While the nursing staff was great, I regret to say that I will not continue to attempt to use a facility where it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a person. Even after trying to return THEIR call, there is never an answer. When I tried to leave a message with their phone options, I was immediately disconnected. Of course the new system requires you to use a portal but even when I utilized it-it took six days to get a response (even though their message says to allow up to 48 hours for a response).
