Very disappointing. Every time I have seen Dr. Nallur, she did not take my complaints seriously or have any ounce of concern for my symptoms. And despite her being my PCP, the ladies who answer the phone sound annoyed/confused that I am calling to make an appointment. I do not recommend them whatsoever.
While the nursing staff was great, I regret to say that I will not continue to attempt to use a facility where it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a person. Even after trying to return THEIR call, there is never an answer. When I tried to leave a message with their phone options, I was immediately disconnected. Of course the new system requires you to use a portal but even when I utilized it-it took six days to get a response (even though their message says to allow up to 48 hours for a response). Always, efficient and willing to go extra mile.
I have been a patient of James Wilkerson for many years and have been satisfied …for the most part. But I have spent the last 10+ days trying to get my blood pressure medicine refilled. I have left various messages with his office and my pharmacy has sent numerous requests but to no avail. Now today they aren’t answering the phone..you select a number and the line goes dead. It is this kind of “service “ that can kill a patient. I have been more than patient. I would not recommend James Wilkerson anymore.
