My family loves Dr james Wilkerson. Ive been seeing him for years.
Im so annoyed with this place . I had a doctors appointment at 8 am as a new patient. You would think they would tell me prior to get there at 7:45 to fill out paper work but no. Literally waited 4 months to see them. First made appointment with them and couldn’t see them 2 months from then . Had to reschedule and couldn’t see them for another 2 months. Get there today telling me they had to reschedule because new patients suppose to be there at 7:45 for paper work. Woooowwwww. Why not schedule me at 7:45am instead of 8am or... read more

My PCP (Dr Nallur) is great. This review is not reflective of her. My problem is with the larger CHI St. Vincent system, which fails me EVERY time i interact with them. The office: there is one friendly woman at the front desk. The other ladies act like you’re a nuisance for trying to check in and schedule follow ups. Luckily last time I was there the worst one was gone. Last time I was there, I told the nurse they usually use a large cuff for my BP reading. Why is it that my doctor cannot call me in a suppository for an obvious condition that I, as a 45 year old woman can diagnose myself, without wanting to see me first? $$$$$$!!!! I called today and left my request for what I needed, nurse called back asked if I could come in and let the doctor look.
