just wanted to come on here to warn other moms with young babies to not go there! It's CHI St. Vincent on main street. I went there because they accepted my child's insurance, but they do not know how to treat infant patients!! My six month old son was getting his vaccines today, one nurse came to give them, didn't give him the mouth vaccine first which is way easier for them to take first because they aren't crying from the shots(that's what they did at my kids old clinic) so she proceededs with his four vaccines, he starts... read more
Can't ever get them to answer. A lady just put me on hold and I've been on hold for 12 minutes now. I hung up called back 6 times and still no answer. I transfer thinking I needed to be close because of transportation but dang ca they at least answer for once.
2nd time here and the wait times are RIDICULOUS. Will NEVER COME BACK! It’s no excuse to delay patient care over a hour!
