This place and its mold infested walls made my wife sick while working there. It continuously gave her pneumonia every month (even with wearing masks) and they fired her for missing work even with doctors notes. They don't care about their employees. She left from working there and NEVER had pneumonia ever again. And don't bother with your standard typical owner reply. You are not fooling anyone.
Whitney Reed is my primary care doc, and she is wonderful. Very caring, is easy to speak to and very understanding of a patient concerns and need.
Dr Madgula is detail oriented and kind. But I will be looking for another doctor because the clinic is not very accessible for elderly or disabled patients. The chairs in the patient care areas do not have arms so it is difficult for a weaker person to rise. And while the toilet has wall handles it is too low to the ground to use. It’s a shame that a healthcare organization like St Vincent does not recognize that as the population ages that making their clinics more accessible is necessary.
Horrible management. They say they care for the patient, but that's not the case. They care about their patient survey more than anything. That's what they revolve around. They want the patient to fill out the survey and give great answers so their numbers go up...particularly the patient satisfaction. They are just like most big corporations and only care about numbers.
if you want to be seen & your health taken seriously then DONT go here. I scheduled an appt with Dr. Rachel White at 9:30 am and didn’t get seen by her until almost 11:30 am, because she left the clinic to go to Walmart to do some shopping. Like seriously what kind of doctor would leave their practice to do some personal shopping. She apologized & laughed it off like she didn’t waste my time and made me sit for almost 2 hours.
