Dr. Ames and her staff are top notch. My entire family goes there and have no plans to change.
I had an appointment this morning at 9am 11/19/2018. I was having trouble finding the clinic office and placed a call around 9am to get their help and got the usual voice prompts. They answered as I finally found their office at 9:10. They told me over the phone they would have to reschedule me as I was sitting in their parking lot. A lady said I should have got there at 8am to fill out paperwork. I told her that I was in the parking lot and had my paper work filled out that was mailed to me.
