I have been to this clinic three times as a walk-in, and my husband is also a patient here. Today, I called to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed annoyed by my questions and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her instead of trying to help. Since I don’t have insurance, I pay for my medical care myself.
