I only encountered friendly happy people on my first visit to the ER, they were very professional despite the horror they had to witness with me, Smelly cysts are no fun and I praise the man that helped me, thank you.

So, I had a different experience than the people below me. I had an episode with high blood pressure and i was in this ER from 2p to about 10:30p. I saw a shift change.. I enjoyed the care that I received. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job and they were all good at it. But one person in particular I want to take time to point out is Dr. Mary Zhang. This would be a negative number of stars review if possible. I was there for something like the flu. Waited so long i had to go ask if they knew i was there. Apparently not judging by what i over heard in the hallway when the person went to ask about me. The staff had no idea i was in a tiny back room. Someone came right in who pretended they hadn't just screwed up. I've worked in 3 emergency rooms, i know this game. Hands down, the WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Run down, understaffed, unprofessional, dirty...honestly just make the drive a town over because I would NOT trust them in an emergency situation.
