I have been getting infusions here for many years. Two days before my next infusion I received a call saying they couldn’t serve me anymore because the referring physician wasn’t part of St Vincent’s. I’m not sure any they couldn’t have given me more notice so I can set up infusions at another facility. They are not a very patient advocate. Bad business tactics.
I had a PCP, endocrinologist, and neurologist there. I used to love my doctors there. My neurologist quit one day due to ethics at lrdc. They then cut a large amount of primary care funding forcing my pcp to seek other jobs. Then just had a visit with my neuro who literally walked out of the room mid conversation and never came back. No exaggeration. Most of all, the nursing staff failed to document my treatments making it even harder to discuss with my doctors. This clinic has gone to trash and breaks my heart.
Very friendly nurses and Drs are caring and thorough.
The Nurse decided to make an appointment for me without letting me know about it. I get a text message the night before to let me know that my appointment is the next morning so………. I call the next morning to let them know about everything I just wrote above. I let them know there’s no way that I can make that appointment that short of a notice.
