I arrived at the scheduled time. I waited an hour and a half to be called for a ten minute bone scan. During my wait, staff would come to the door to the treatment area and call names in a low voice that could not be heard in the waiting area, leading everyone there to look at one another - what are they saying? It was as if the staff was afraid to venture into the waiting area. I have MRI's performed quarterly at this imagining facility. The admission staff exceeds Baptist outpatient department. Ramona always has a happy smile and disposition. In fact the entire desk staff does. The imaging staff is always courteous and very professional Had a 2 hour wait today due to an emergency. I don't mind waiting. My treatment is worth it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Here for my first mammogram and have a scheduled appt at 4:30. An hour and a half later and I'm still waiting to be seen...... Some of these ladies in here have been waking for 4 hours! Ridiculous!
