I have MRI's performed quarterly at this imagining facility. The admission staff exceeds Baptist outpatient department. Ramona always has a happy smile and disposition. In fact the entire desk staff does. The imaging staff is always courteous and very professional Had a 2 hour wait today due to an emergency. I don't mind waiting. My treatment is worth it.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Here for my first mammogram and have a scheduled appt at 4:30. An hour and a half later and I'm still waiting to be seen...... Some of these ladies in here have been waking for 4 hours! Ridiculous!
