My frustration is with the entry or front office which is as non helpful and as bureaucratic as any I have ever encountered. Every attempt I have made to transact patient business by phone has left me wondering if anyone in the office cares about the experience the patient has. Can’t imagine that is on anyone’s list of priorities including the physician,, based on my multiple encounters…long menus, much of no interest, always going to voice mail with the notice your call could likely not be answered for 24 to 48 hours!
