On yesterday the therapist violated standard protocols when allowing my mother (81) who recently had a stroke to walk (in home visit), she didn't us a belt or hold a piece of garment to ensure her safety. Well she fell, where I now have to take her to ER because she's having shoulder & knee pain, can't get out of the, and fearful. This could have been avoided if standard protocols were followed, and halting progress. I am one unhappy customer!
