Keep calling with no answer,leave messages,no call back.What happened to taking care of patients
What’s it take to get ahold of someone , leave a message and still no call back after a week..
My Provider is a sweetheart and she was very thorough but as far as communication and coordination of care afterwards, Im not sure who that falls on. The office is not very responsive. I've called for weeks trying to get information and help with paperwork to no avail. No one answers. No one calls back. I'm still owed a refund I have yet to receive. The lack of communication is frustrating when dealing with Healthcare. I haven't received information about my test results. Very frustrating.
