My Provider is a sweetheart and she was very thorough but as far as communication and coordination of care afterwards, Im not sure who that falls on. The office is not very responsive. I've called for weeks trying to get information and help with paperwork to no avail. No one answers. No one calls back. I'm still owed a refund I have yet to receive. The lack of communication is frustrating when dealing with Healthcare. I haven't received information about my test results. Very frustrating.

I called several times to receive an appointment after being transferred from Chi Hot Springs. Over one month later I received an appointment which was another screening. I requested testing as the issue had been ongoing for nearly 3 months. They then told me they would reach out to schedule testing. I've called for over a month now with no return calls or scheduling appointments. I would not suggest going to this clinic.

I had the same quality of care that I and my family have come to expect at this clnic. Dr. Brown had reviewed my file and referral from another physician. He took time to ask and answer questions necessary to determine next steps in my care. I trust him completely.

Dr Brown and staff were friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Explained the diagnosis and treatment well and in an understandable manner. Very pleased with care given.
