I have been going to Southwest family practice for 3 years their staff is great their doctors are great wouldn't go anywhere else
They NEVER answer their phones. It took me an entire week to get ahold of them about something extremely important to the point; I had to drive to their office. This has not happened just once. It is on several occasions. Oh, and their voicemail is always full.
