I am very impressed with the triage service here. I barely could walk in having trouble breathing and walking at the same time and was immediately escorted to a room with a bed, not a waiting room. At least 3 people helping to determine my problem. They quickly started testing, asking questions & assessing. In less than 2 hrs I was out on my way with prescriptions, plan of action and I was feeling someone finally listened. Thanks to all technicians, nurses and especially the female Nurse Practitioner in charge.
Took a nephew to get a hook out of his finger. Staff was #1 doctor was #1 , if I had to say what they could do to improve to make it better, there would be no improvement needed it was picture perfect. Thanks for your help. Very fast and professional.
Great experience! They went above and beyond for my son and made me feel so welcome. They ran all the tests they could think of to make sure they found out exactly what was wrong with him and were so sweet! Super thankful for this emergency room!
Visited on 6/21. Dr was excellent! MOST of nurses and staff were very friendly, all but 1. RIDICULOUS to be so rude!
