The doctors are amazing. But trying to get in contact with anyone at the office will always be the biggest hassle. My 5 month old son was sick and i called their office 13 times and in the first 5 mins i tried to call. Their receptionist hung up in my face a total of 4 times and every other time i tried to call after that had happened she would answer and hang the phone up immediately. My visit with Dr. Susarla was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say, he took out his time to discuss my health with me and really want to help me get my health on track. I'm so grateful for him and I definitely recommend Dr. Susarla for a primary care doctor.

Time wasting, don't even care to talk to you. Two weeks just to get BP reading, and when arriving at the clinic, the nurse didnt even feel like speaking. Short story, I am going to a different doctor who is going to be my primary care provider.
