I went to the ER with a friend after being told my blood pressure was high at the pain clinic and then normal, and then high at an x ray clinic with recommendation to go to the ER and when I was at the ER a woman said she was a nurse was wearing a mask and refused to show her badge and told me that my blood was taken when it wasnt. A friend agreed they did not take my blood. My insurance said the visit at this ER did not show up in the computer either. What is going on at this department? Very creepy! August 11th 2026

Dr. Erin Dooley was the best, patient, informative emergency room doctor. Despite my husband's complicated health issues and getting told many different things from many different people, Dr. Dooley took the time to explain things and help find the best outcome for him. She is a huge asset to the Baylor network. Dr. Dooley, thank you for being a compassionate, patient, knowledgeable doctor. You made a hard situation so much easier!

I feel deeply grateful to Dr. Karen Jeoffroy and Dr. Stephen J Boone for their invaluable professionalism and knowledge , attention to detail, and affectionate care. I saw two doctors and two nurses while here (day shift and night shift). Both of them were compassionate, caring, and kind. They actually listened to me, found the problem immediately, and treated me. The nurses were so kind. I really appreciated everyone’s kindness here. While I was waiting to be seen, the woman at the front desk was lovely to speak to, providing me a great distraction from the pain. I appreciated everyone’s kindness here. Thank you so much!
