Really great experience
All of the staff I encountered during my stay were wonderful. The pre-admission process, from the registrar to the pre-admission nurse (Kelsey) it was easy and quick. On the day of my surgery, everyone involved in my pre-op was amazing and explained everything they were doing, or going to do. I know I had 2 nurses attending to me, but I only remember one, Kim, who was so personable. Terrible.
I have NEVER experienced care like I received with you. Rachel my nurse was amazing. The entire team, each shift that cared for me was a blessing to my life in some way, I almost didn’t want to leave. I hardly ever do reviews but I had to let it be known how much I appreciated the extraordinary care, you guys are real people who Truly enjoy what you do. I have since gone back to work and I can’t stop talking about my experience there. Thanks to each one of you.
