Billing department took from me double than the operation cost and for two months now i am waiting to refund the money and every time I called them they give me different reason they are trying to steal my money and the supervisors and manager part of this gang
This is the worst hospital experience I have ever seen. First, the staff repeatedly provided conflicting information on the current condition of my family member. I had a doctor provided us detailed information which I took notes during that consultation. Later, we had a PA come in and provide totally different diagnosis and said we must have misunderstood the doctor and then nurses that couldn't answer any questions. Found the floor doctor and he confirmed what the specialist doctor said but the PA came back and started arg... read more
Check in nurse and nurse who drew my blood were great! After that, waste of time. I was actively miscarrying, was there over 6 hours! No real response or clarification from my blood work or ultra sounds. Basically “they couldn’t help or saw nothing”. I waited around for urine, blood work and ultra sound for HOURS! 4 just waiting for a ultrasound tech to come. I understand maybe there wasn’t a Dr but how about tell me?! Both of my parents, my self, my sister and my niece have all been patients here at some point. The ER staff is always attentive and very quick to respond. Once admitted the floor staff is considerate and always willing to help. The patient’s food is also among the best when it comes to hospital food! In the event of an emergency or sickness St Lukes Sugarland is always the first choice and treats us like VIPs everytime! Thanks for all that everyone does there!!!🩹
