First time coming to St Lukes. Brought my mother for her CT, decided I would stop by the cafeteria to get a coffee while I wait. Rang the bell since there was no one in site and waited patiently. A guy from the back started to walk towards me and stopped to chitchat with his buddy before coming to help me. Rang me up for my coffee no greeting, no eye contact, no anything. Today my was admitted to the emergency care they are doing thier best
The patient care was excellent, but I had my baby there and they sent the wrong information. When I went to pick up the birth certificate, it was missing the last name, and the hospital hasn't responded. They need to fix that.
