My other half has been telling me how unprofessional the office staff he spoke with was, but I didn’t believe it until I called for myself and spoke to Jennifer. I called to inform them he would be a litttle late due to traffic and she didn’t even let me speak and cut me off. I work front office… and very unprofessional to not hear the customer out. She didn’t even look him up in the system. Front office staff in the face and voice of the company. Jennifer needs some training on how to be more kind. Just saying

Slow to respond to orders. Therapist seem bored with job
This review should have been done along time ago. Unfortunately, it's too much to say about the atmosphere. I never seen so many people who did not value what they do or their jobs. It's really only 1 Physical Therapist there that keeps me going back, but the front desk service is a major deterrent. I see some new faces at the front desk now, hopefully things will get better.
