I rushed my husband in due to chest pains and heart attack symptoms. The receptionist was very dismissive and told him to sit and wait to be called. While he was in clear discomfort, no one did anything. It took 3 times of asking. I had to almost make a scene that we thought he was having a heart attack. Even then, she slowly went to talk to a nurse and came back saying, “okay I let the nurse know.” It was another 5 minutes before anyone came to get him. Why was there no urgency!? I’ve been here a couple of times and the very first time, I had an amazing experience. I came in May having a miscarriage and the doctor that was on was very dismissive and a bit rude. Even my friend noticed his bed side manner was nonexistent during such a traumatizing moment. I went last night because I was feeling miserable and awful.
