Had appt. For an mri scan at 8:30am. After 2 registration phone calls and 2 reminder text messages confirming my appt. I get a call 15 minutes before I'm to arrive for my appt. that they do not do that particular type of scan at this hospital. You would think that this error in scheduling would have been caught ahead of time.
Front desk staff is absolutely terrible, rude and has attitude very unprofessional.
