The fact that four different Doctor’s couldn’t tell my niece she was suffering from shingles upon arrival is telling of these physicians. She visited her primary doctor in San Antonio and at glance was able to identify shingles and even questioned the knowledge of the previous Dr’s who examined her the first time which was this facility! We went in for what we thought was a pulled tendon in the wrist, come to find out, it was a break...They took care of us and we had no problems while there.
I've brought my kids here 3 times (when they were sick and their pcp couldn't get them in in time) and the receptionist is always super friendly. The nurses and doctors seem nice and professional. I've never had a problem here and really appreciate their help in a pinch since none of the urgent care facilities will accept our insurance
Oh my goodness! Thank you St. Luke's, for taking care of my beloved! It's a frightening thing when someone you love so deeply is in obvious trouble and you aren't sure whats going on. You were so kind, prompt, accommodating and the facility was clean and had hand sanitary stations. I was so impressed and grateful how you really demonstrated care for him. God bless you all so much! Thank you for giving us a recommendation to follow up with medically. God bless you all.
Unfortunately I had to make 3 ER trips within the past couple of days for a major ear infection causing me indescribable pain. Each and every time I was treated with amazing care. To the nurses, and to the doctors, THANK YOU. For your patience, your time, and all the hard work to get me better. I truly do appreciate the amazing staff here.
