Free parking..That alone was a blessing.Front desk personal was friendly.Wait time was less than 5mins..
Nobody picks up the phone nobody calls back.
Unable to get anyone to respond for 3 days. Left message but no call back. When I call I am asked to hold but no one comes back and at 7 minutes on hold, I hung up. And I just wanted to confirm the appointment time and ask if any instructions.
Update...after I finally got call center to schedule appt...I love the ladies at the actual center..they are so personable and friendly!
Extremely friendly and professional. Can't understand why anyone would give them less than 5 stars.
