Beyond unprofessional experience with ALL staff. It is a genuine shock they remain open. They once scheduled me on a day they were closed for construction. The dentists have made me cry many times, and I developed a dental phobia due to having a tooth pulled so poorly that they rotated a nearby tooth. I wish I could file a malpractice suit and I very much recommend never bringing a child here. I would give 0 stars of if I could. I had called sept 2024 to schedule and appointment. They scheduled my child for beginning of Feb 2025, a week before the appointment they called me and rescheduled for Sept 2025. Told me they got a new system and “some” people had to be rescheduled.
Staff is wonderful and haven’t had an issues with any dental work that’s been done. Would recommend
Called them October 2024 to schedule an appointment for my wisdom teeth causing me severe pain to the point I can’t drink or eat, they “scheduled” my appointment for March 2025 so I called them 2 weeks before March to ask what the date of the appointment was low & behold it was never even scheduled bc the person who scheduled it got supposedly got “fired” so they made me a new appointment for OCTOBER 2025 & I asked to be put on the call list of an appointment opens up.. never was put on the call list….. called them yesterday... read more
