Nurse and front desk have very bad service.
The doctors are good here but the office staff is always inconsistent. They're not very nice or understanding and are very short with patients. I guess they're not there to make patients feel welcome or comfortable about being there.
It’s 4:28..I called at 4:18, was on hold for about 7 mins, and then they hung up on me. This says they close at 5 but when I call back, it says they’re closed. My grandma needs her prescription refilled and y’all closing at 4:28 is so unprofessional. Change the hours on here if they’re not accurate.
Very positive experience with Dr. Anne Moser and staff.
