If I could put zero I would. My 9 year old daughter got bloodwork taken. I told her in front of the bloodwork person that I’m sure they would have a brand new person take a child blood. Well that was wrong bc he came back with an “experienced person.” After putting on and taking off the tie on her arm three times, then leaving it on for over 5 min, pushing with their finger in different spots, then poking the needle to get the blood was next. Constantly prompt and courteous. Sometimes they are busier than others but they always keep things moving, regardless of how many patients.
I signed in on the sheet and waited 15 minutes in the lobby before I was finally called to be entered into the system. I was informed that the counter was down to only one person, and they could not even tell me how many people were ahead of me. If this is the bottleneck in the process, please invest in a kiosk to enable automatic sign-in! I would not recommend getting a lab here.
