horrible customer service. a patient used my phone number and ive been getting contacted by them for billing collections. I called to try to help and the operator was unhelpful and incredibly rude.
This place got me absolutely right!
Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours, went to the back and the dr looked at my son for 3 seconds and never saw him again. Walked out without my prescription bc it took over an hour to do discharge paperwork. We left at 12:28 am.
People are very kind and friendly
Extremely large hospital with a consistent clean environment and as far as the staff, specifically emergency room trauma, they go above and beyond with the utmost respect in my opinion which is mostly facts when concluded.
