My husband had his yearly in Feb. His B/p was high so doc wanted it checked manually instead of using the machine. The nurse had a hard time finding a manual cuff and stethoscope. The 1st cuff wouldn't even inflate and hold air. How embarrassing for a heart and lung clinic . Invest in decent equipment Chi St. Alexis. Lord knows you charge the patients enough.
The doctors and nurses are great but your front desk people need to learn some basic manners and how to do their job more efficiently
