Amazing staff. I came in last weekend in serious distress. The team here made sure I was safe, assessed my condition and made recommendations to get me taken care of. As a visitor to Bismark, the city couldn't have had better ambassadors. Thanks guys!
Don't go here. CHI also offered a payment plan for 9 months equaling $424. I went in wanting a Strep test. That's it. I was there for maybe 10 min. National average for urgent care visit is $180-200. I also could have just gotten a strep test at the pharmacy for $39. Lesson learned.
I went here because the Sanford walk in clinic had over an hour wait. My first clue that this place sucks should have been that there was no one else in the waiting room. Once I was seen the doctor (who likely was fresh out of college) told me to go to Walmart and buy an item to treat myself. Unknowing at the time, the item I was told to use would not work due to a condition I have.
