Waiting 2 hours after appointment and no doctor. This is a pain clinic, it hurts to sit/stand for more than 10 minutes. This place is suppose to help people in pain. The staff let us know we were next after an 1 and half, "the doctor just went next door to do a procedure, your next, trust me he's worth the wait." Then more waiting. About 10 minutes before I left, I heard them laughing next door. Leaving the receptionist told the doctor we were leaving the doctor doesn't apologize or acknowledge the delay. Still sitting here waiting for the Dr to see me, my appointment was scheduled for 1 hour ago and that doesn't include the 30 mins they ask for you to show up early for registration. This may be a one and done with this place
I had back surgery I was in so much pain dr.grace was so helpful I would recommend him and he has a very nice staff
