The front desk staff were excellent. The provider on the other hand had very ineffective communication and didn't seem knowledgeable. She relied on another's provider's(ER) information from a previous visit and offered no help. She basically told me that vomiting and abdominal pains were a virus, vs offering to do additional labs, a MRI, or even physically assess the area. McPherson is a no for (POC) and a hard "no" for nuerodivergent people.
Danielle Mcphearson has been seeing me for a year now and she is absolutely pleasant and wonderful and thorough and when I've needed letters for work or DMV she doesn't hesitate to help me out she makes going to the doctor easy
