Very bad at providing support, employers suggest this resource but I've gotten very uncomfortable advice. I've tried going back multiple times but get attitude from the reception every time, does not feel like a support system.
Kari S. Is my go to professional. She is a great help to myself and my family. She has helped me through many difficult times and is wonderful to work with. I refuse to see anyone but her for all of my needs.
Awful experience- would give 0 stars if possible. The counselor I saw liked talking more about himself and his experiences than engaging with myself. I attended 1 session feeling worse when i left then when i entered. The counselor told me I did not need to come back, and seemed to rush me out of the office. I would NOT recommend to anyone- use your own insurance if possible to see a private provider.

EAP staff make the counseling experience very comfortable and I would encourage anyone who is wanting help to go. I did EMDR therapy and my counselor taught me more than I thought was possible.
