I have been going here for years for pedis but today pedicure was awful. Nail Tech left me sitting with wet legs to go somewhere? No massage. Painting is awful. Will not return.

Used to be good nail place but techs no longer work well w natural nails. Tech used file with grit for artificial nails and ruined my natural ones even after I asked for different file. They could not shape nails ( I had to shape them in the end) and nail polish application spotty. Worst manicure ever and owner only offered to repaint them but only at her convenience. Pedicure person was fine but I’d not take natural nails there. Very disappointing.

Lina is amazing! Her facials are the best I’ve ever had—my skin always feels refreshed and glowing. Her massages are just as incredible—relaxing, therapeutic, and tailored to exactly what I need. She’s professional, warm, and consistently delivers an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a client at this spa for 4 years now and can’t say enough good things about how wonderful they are. I’ve had most of the services offered and Vivian, the owner always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done well. The spa is always clean and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. I refer all of my friends and family to Chi Spa

I was a returning customer, but unfortunately this time the experience was disappointing. The design I asked for wasn’t done properly, and instead of starting over, layers were added, making the nails too thick. When I shared my concerns, the response—especially from the owner, Vivienne—felt dismissive. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.
