Home warranty company setup CHI services to repair my dishwasher. Guy said it needed a new pump motor and that parts needed to be ordered. Said he turned off the water to the dishwasher but he did not. Next day when my daughter got home from school she said water was all over the floor. Turns out he did not turn off the water supply and the bottom of the dishwasher filled up with water and overflowed onto the floor. I’ve used chi twice and both times did amazing job. Good thing is he does not beat around the bush and puts genuine parts
