My mother had a referral here that was sent over around November 11th from her doctor's office to the hemotology department. As of 11-24-25 an April told me that her and an Ella did not have her referral and that they didn't call patients with an appointment date. How else would the patient know they have an appointment? Her doctor's office has proof that they have sent this to this office multiple times with no respondence. This is also a cancer doctor. This place needs shut down.
