Terrible experience
This is just to share my experience I had today during my pre-op check-in with Miss Debbie. I never got her last name but she works in this department and she made my entire day. I wish more health workers were like her. She made me feel so comfortable, was so knowledgeable, and just an all 'round wonderful person. After the experiences I've had with other Healthcare workers mostly not being positive, Debbie proved to me that there still are registered nurses who have compassion for others.
