Dr. Pham began our appointment by thoroughly explaining my situation. She had prepared a four-page handout that summarized all she told me so I could refer back to it after I left. She discussed all the options, and what factors I might want to consider in deciding which option to choose. Those factors were not just based on standard ?guidelines,? but also on my own personal values and other health issues I am dealing with. Dr. Pham and her staff are amazing! Dr. Pham is direct, but she is kind and she listens and explains very thoroughly when I have questions about my health. She is highly experienced and she always provides and explains all options available for treatment. Her staff is friendly and they keep her practice running smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Dr. Pham is amazing, she actually listens and cares about what you have to say. She addresses your concerns with straight forward answers but with a kindness and what appears to be genuine empathy. I just can't say enough about this amazing woman.
