My nails were great, loved the lady who did them but the front desk person, who I believe her was Reese, was extremely rude and dismissive to me. I have never felt so uncomfortable with a customer service person. Every time I come I hope she’s not working because everyone else is so nice.
I just had my first experience at CHI Nail Bar and it was AMAZING! Tony helped fix a broken nail and she was fast, kind, and my nail matched perfectly. 10/10 recommend ;)
Amazing service! I went in to get a gel pedicure yesterday after work- I waited only 5 minutes and the great lady who did my toes was friendly, quick, and did a stunning job. Will keep going back!
