Ok quality for high prices. Minimal massaging and scrubbing. The space itself is drab and tasteless. The phone is constantly ringing and it echos loudly through the whole space. It feels more like a dingy laundromat than a spa/salon. I reserved a pedicure on class pass and I was not informed until checkout that by selecting a nail polish color it was a $15 add-on to the service. So make sure you know what you’re paying for. Go to M nail salon, you get a much better service for the cost.
I would not recommend coming here for French tips booked with Heidi as she had good reviews but as you can see they’re all different thickness and uneven for paying $65 I expect even French tip lines gonna just have them redone elsewhere as I am very picky I just didn’t see the uneven ness until after when I could get a solid look was very good customer service just not as good as I was hoping giving them a chance pedicure was very relaxing and the massage chairs are great
