I absolutely adore the ladies who work here. Most all of them know me by name, you don't get that just anywhere, and are always accommodating and willing to help when I have a problem or a question. I can't say enough about Michelle!! She is awesome!! She has helped me with so much and actually listens to what's going on and does her best to help me, sometimes I'm pretty difficult, lol but she is absolutely the best!!
This has been the only office I have trusted for years. Unfortunately I have found out CHI has let my doctor go without explanation or warning to her patients. Dr. Casady has always been beyond helpful for me and my family. Not only that, she has been an incredible pillar of our community. She may have a tough exterior but she is one of the most caring and helpful people you will ever meet. They just let the doctor go with no warning! They are going to use all NP's. Not cool.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DR Cassidy knew i had heart problems and ptsd....she prescibed me drugs for my brain which helped...i saw her several times and a couple of days before i called back for a heart referral. The office manager wanted to charge me for a referral again. I yelled at the office manager over the phone. I did not threaten but called out her office manager for trying to charge me again for a doctors appt., when i just saw them a few days prior...NEVER even received a call back from doctor to ask whats going on.
