I was a walk-in and was seen very quickly just as I completed the online portal. Emily was who attended me and she was very pleasant, thorough, genuinely interested in understanding my symptoms, explained the medications she would be prescribing and potential side-affects, etc. If she was busy, I would have not known it as the appointment was not rushed at all. Your office staff is literally so crude. I spent the better half of my afternoon crying because of them.
I have been here a few times in the past 2 years. Am here ahain today. Staff is great. Practioners are great. I especially like that they are open on Saturdays. I would recommend this urgent care facility, especially to the people in the Lafayette and Rising Fawn areas. ❤️
By far the worst experience ever. Denied my medical card when it was valid they were just to lazy to check then came back in with my autistic son after I called first to make sure he could get seen quickly and had to wait for over an hour and a half to finally be seen while he was in full meltdown. I asked if they had any accommodations for disabilities to which I was told to go to a pediatrician next time. Rude and horrible staff!
