Very low quality, right panel on my prestige stopped working completely after 1 month The touch screen doesn't work unless you are lucky that day. The voice assistant never worked. Its a cheap quality chinese product. Please LOOK FOR ANY OTHER BRANDS. The support team is a joke. They made me wait 3 months for a new part under warranty and once it was finally arrived they wanted to charge $400 for the repair. Please do not buy this chair
