Dr. Chi is one of the most straightforward and understanding doctors I have ever met! He listens to you entirely, so many doctors are so quick to just cut you off, but he listens to everything and then his answers are straightforward, and empathetic. He takes time and does not rush you. His notes and documentation are amazing and all of his staff at Russellville have been over the top amazing. I recommend AR care rheumatology in Russellville to anyone having issues that require a rheumatologist.

I went to see Dr Chi because blood work showed a positive ANA. It took abt a mth to get an appt but if you are affiliated with the medical system this wait is common to get into a specialist. The staff were extremely nice & helpful. I didn’t have a long wait & got into xray at my appt time. Being a new patient they did full body X-rays then took me back to a treatment room. Dr. Chi was undoubtedly unprofessional and disrespectful. Didn’t acknowledge or greet me. Sounded annoyed I was there, dismissed everything I was telling him about my years of already diagnosed lupus. (Medically retired vet for it) implied my hair looked too good to be experiencing symptoms of lupus as well as insinuations that my labs in the past years have been flukes. Hot Springs National Park location. My first appointment the nurse was sick and sniffling the whole time making it hard for her to do her job which in turn made it hard for me to express why I was seeing the doctor. Sadly the doctor was no better. The first thing i noticed was how drowsy he was. So much so he was dropping his head with his eyes closed. Dr Chi has been my physician for 12 years . I have autoimmune disease which has just manifested with new issues. I have the utmost trust in Dr. Chi’s recommendations for my care and know that his goal is to take the best possible care of me . He is an excellent listener. Autoimmune disease is not straightforward and he does a great job explaining things and never makes me feel rushed. You will not find a more knowledgeable and compassionate physician, and he is worth waiting to see.
